Schedule: 11:30 a.m. –-- Registration
Noon –-------- Shotgun Start (4-5 person Scramble)
5:30 p.m. –--- Dinner at Proctor Community Center, Awards & Door Prizes.
Golf Registration: $60.00 per person (includes 18 holes of golf, dinner, awards and door prizes)
Dinner Only Registration: $15.00 per person (includes dinner and door prizes)
Sponsorship Opportunities: * Tee or Green Sponsor - $100.00
